Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Assist with system deployments, security patching, and maintenance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Develop skills in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity fundamentals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems a plus
