Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Create intuitive, user-centric wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that are accessible, visually stunning, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to define product requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Maintain and expand our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterate on feedback from stakeholders and clients to ensure project success.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
