Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and data backup procedures
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Deliver user training on company software and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues promptly
Qualifications
