Responsibilities
- Master enterprise-level hardware/software troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) under expert guidance
- Support cybersecurity protocols and implement best practices for data protection
- Provide exceptional technical support to 500+ internal and external stakeholders
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with senior engineers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for emergencies
- Valid Alaska driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems
