Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for employees.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT support tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network administration team to address network outages and security concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
