Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve specific business outcomes
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations to maximize accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into AI products
- Document prompt architectures and maintain best practices for prompt design
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to research initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with Python and experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex AI outputs
