Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large, complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing and regression analysis to support product and marketing decisions.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure data governance and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) is required.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
