Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and quality
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling
- Monitor KPIs and build automated reporting pipelines
- Support strategic initiatives through predictive analytics and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects and visualizations
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
