Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technology trends through 2026+ horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-create future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFtp) or equivalent professional designation
