Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with future-focused innovation goals
- Author thought leadership reports on technology's societal impact and ethical implications
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and interaction paradigms
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or startup innovation labs
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
