Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products/services with C-suite executives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype experimental technologies (metaverse, neural interfaces)
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and climate disruptions
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and government labs
- Mentor innovation teams in adopting futurist methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Forbes, or similar tier-1 platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
