Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future vision into corporate strategy
- Lead scenario planning workshops for global business units
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions and influencing corporate strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting required
- Portfolio demonstrating past future-focused projects or published thought leadership
