- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and synthetic biology
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence and disruption scenarios
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing strategies into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Mentor a team of 12 specialists across AI ethics, nanotech, and neuro-interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven breakthrough innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing architectures and neural interfaces
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Security clearance or experience with federal research programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
