Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities and threats for 2026+
- Develop and present future scenario models for C-suite decision-making and board-level planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on foresight methodologies and strategic innovation frameworks
- Produce high-impact reports on disruptive technologies and their industry implications
- Advise product teams on future-proofing features and market positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight into corporate strategy, risk management, and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2026+ initiatives
