Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future capabilities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Author forward-looking thought leadership reports and whitepapers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
