Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual foresight frameworks mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Design scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on AI ethics, climate adaptation, and quantum computing impacts
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on human-AI symbiosis and decentralized governance models
- Translate complex future-state projections into executive presentations and investor roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and OECD futures programs
- Produce quarterly strategic briefs on emerging risks and opportunities in biotech and neurotech
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using proprietary predictive analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record publishing in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience designing organizational resilience frameworks for VUCA environments
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation portfolio
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ workforce transformation
