Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI ethics, space economics, and climate tech sectors
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant security and neural interfaces
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and paradigm shifts
- Author white papers on metaverse governance and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Matrix methodology
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting models
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and post-human ethics
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents preferred)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shaping predictions realized
