Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact projections
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and disruption forecasting
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human augmentation policies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on next-generation human-machine symbiosis
- Build and lead an internal 'Future Scenario' think tank with cross-functional teams
- Author quarterly 'Tech Horizon Briefs' for C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI and quantum machine learning architectures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive innovation adoption
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies for enterprise transformation
