Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market signals to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic foresight reports to investors and executive leadership quarterly
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies with legal counsel
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
