Responsibilities
- Define the 5-year technology roadmap for Nexus Horizons, specifically targeting innovations relevant to 2026 and the future.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify new market opportunities.
- Oversee the integration of futuristic software solutions across product development and customer success teams.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and board members in a clear, compelling manner.
- Manage the budget for innovation labs, pilot programs, and technology acquisition.
- Collaborate with external vendors and academic institutions to stay at the forefront of breakthrough research.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or futurism.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives in a major US market.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to company headquarters in San Francisco.
