Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps and operational frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for multi-year innovation initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and proactive adaptation
- Foster a culture of innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (patents, white papers, or conference keynotes)
