Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Certified in technology architecture (TOGAF/ITIL) and business strategy
