- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in R&D budget allocation
