Responsibilities

- Design scalable innovation frameworks integrating cutting-edge technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in disruptive technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications
- Develop KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management preferred
