Qualifications
- 12+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and circular tech principles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital for tech ventures
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Rust preferred)
