Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic investments and risk mitigation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative innovation
- Present futuristic technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all product lines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or space tech
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry white papers
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology implementations with measurable impact
