Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligning with market forecasts for 2026
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI in emerging domains
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups for tech incubation
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future technology planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Quantum)
