Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to position InnovateForward as a market disruptor
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee the creation of technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision horizons
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and champion innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (Web3, AI governance, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
