Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neural interfaces, decentralized AI) for competitive advantage
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles in all technology deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching scalable technology innovations
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
