Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions, focusing on AI integration, quantum applications, and blockchain ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 18-24 month commercialization horizons
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities in nascent tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators to secure first-mover advantages
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-specific challenges: sustainable AI ethics, quantum-resistant security, and immersive digital twins
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of launching commercialized tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in future tech
