Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI governance and ethical tech frameworks
- Proven experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent innovation credentials
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Web3 protocols and quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit)
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ ARR
