Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence initiatives
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making protocols
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling investor narratives and product visions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological impact on societal well-being and environmental sustainability
- Present future technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in stakeholder management across technical, business, and governance domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)

- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
