Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum computing and AI integration frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Architect scalable solutions for decentralized Web3.0 infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and AI development centers
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum Specialist)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
