Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 adoption milestones for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional task forces to pilot next-generation technologies in production environments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption trends
