Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future tech applications
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies (e.g., CTS, Foresight Professional)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data visualization tools
