Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging scientific research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and university partnerships
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and vendor ecosystem for next-gen tech integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (quantum, biotech, or AI/ML)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural tech, sustainable AI, or Web3
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published author or speaker at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
