- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Develop talent acquisition strategies for specialized future-tech skillsets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic circles
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
