- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling ROI projections and stakeholder alignment
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits, establishing thought leadership in future technologies
- Mentor talent pipeline for next-gen tech roles through internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3 infrastructure
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience securing R&D budgets exceeding $3M annually
- Prior C-suite collaboration in Fortune 500 or unicorn tech environments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred) and cloud architecture
