Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 societal and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing and AI integration frameworks
- Identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year disruptive potential
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient and ethical tech ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020s innovation impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or biocompatible tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficient in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
