- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze competitive landscapes to anticipate disruptive shifts post-2025
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology scouting programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projection and budget optimization
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
