Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investment decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Mentor emerging talent in future technologies through our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong leadership background managing cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for tech initiatives
