Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy Pro)
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
