Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities across departments
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor competitive landscape and anticipate disruptive threats in emerging tech sectors
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends and market impacts
- Deep understanding of at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Portfolio of successful technology strategy implementations
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE)
