Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with measurable ROI
- Establish KPI frameworks to track technology maturity and market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech assessment
- Proven track record of launching successful technology innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or decentralized systems Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
