Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and finance teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech disruption scenarios
- Manage innovation budget allocation across strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in tech industry publications
