Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability and ethical implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and pilot programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or innovation
- Experience scaling tech solutions from concept to market
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
