Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for commercial viability
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology roles with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum systems, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, startups)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
