- Collaborate with policy think tanks on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to investors and Fortune 500 partners at global innovation forums
- Manage $15M+ R&D budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Pioneer open-source initiatives for sustainable technology democratization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 commercialized tech innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI alignment principles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants and international innovation funding
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from Millennium Project)
