Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant systems and AGI integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech scaling
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global research institutions
- Mentor future-focused talent through internal innovation academies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching products that redefined industry standards (e.g., blockchain, IoT)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep technical fluency in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Executive experience scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
