Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI/ML, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred) with strong publication record
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
